Watering is so critical during summer months to provide what they need so they can thrive under such challenging weather, diseases and heat. However, summer watering can be quite tricky when it comes to overwatering and underwatering. If you grow roses in pots, those dry out much faster than roses grown in the ground. In the ground, soil can hold moisture longer yet the need to water is not as frequent as potted roses.
