What is a bottomless pot by the way? - you ask. Since starting my rose journey over the past few years, I have experimented growing my roses in different mediums such as in the ground, raised beds, regular pots, and finally this bottomless pot method. As we know, roses grown in pots over several years have a tendency to become root bound (which means it has no more space to expand due to the restriction/space within its pot). So I thought - why not cut/remove the bottom of the pot and allow the roots to expand then.
